  19. To a small extent. Select the line and then in the tools
  20. window, select a "Pen" color that is a striped texture.

  22. This is the nearest approximation to a dashed line. It is
  23. not really very good.  You can make it work if your lines are
  24. all at multiples of 45 degrees; however you must use a
  25. different stripe pattern for each angle of line.
