- To a small extent. Select the line and then in the tools
- window, select a "Pen" color that is a striped texture.

- This is the nearest approximation to a dashed line. It is
- not really very good. You can make it work if your lines are
- all at multiples of 45 degrees; however you must use a
- different stripe pattern for each angle of line.
