  13. seems to be not doing a good job of reading the a: 3 1/2"
  14. 1.44 drive.  I cant seem to format any disks (windows or dos)
  15. and the disks are made by three diff. manufactures...
  16. 3M verbatim, and sony.  I doubt they are defective.
  17. also, when reading a regular software disk,
  18. It has become a little loud. No grinding, or loud screech noises or
  19. anything.  Just it sounds like its laboring more to read
  20. the drive. any suggestions on what this might be,
  21. or any solutions.  Im dreading that I might have to 
  22. repair the drive.  I dont have money for that.  Thanks.
