- The Model 100 is an 8-bit machine. That means only 64k *total* (without
- resorting to things like bank-switching, which the 100 wasn't designed
- for). 32k of that is taken up by the ROMs which have the things like
- BASIC, TELCOM, TEXT, etc. That leaves 32k.

- Some of that is required for overhead. You *may* have the full 32k and
- have a bunch of files taking up the space, *or* you may have one of
- the old 24k units, in which case you can get 8k of RAM more than you have.
- But finding someone who still sells the right module could be a problem.

- clear *everything*. All the .BA files, all the .DO files, and all the
- .CO files. If the "bytes free" on the main menu is less than 24000, you
- can get more ram. If it's bigger, you've ggot all there is.
