- We have a consulting client that owes us some money. Unfortunately, he
- doesn't have any!!! He has offered us some older Sun systems, but we would
- like to know if they are worth anything (in "usability" or cash).
-
- The first is: Sun 386i
- Monochome 16"-19"?
- 8Meg RAM
- 200+ Meg HD
- Keyboard, Mouse, etc
-
- The second (monster): Sun 3/260 (Rack Mount)
- Reel Tape Drive (rack mount)
- Two (2) 1.2Gig Hard Drives (8"x6"x24")
- 6' Sun Rack
- 16 Meg RAM
- No Monitor or Keyboard
- Runs on 220 Volts
-
- Two Questions (maybe more):
-
- Is this stuff worth anything?
-
- What operating systems do the 386i run?
-
- What are the approx MIP ratings for these systems??
-
- Thanks for any comments (or offers?)
