  17. I promised someone I'd dash this off before I disappeared into the woods
  18. for a month, so here goes...

  20. ...our lab has a Sun3/160 (I'm hazy on the "160" part. It's definitely
  21. higher than 80, and less than 200 :-), that's been sort of sitting around
  22. next to the RTs, collecting dust. Nobody left in the lab really remembers
  23. why it's there, but last term we managed to get it networked, much to my
  24. joy (since I didn't have to use the 1950's timesharing system for email
  25. anymore...)

  27. At any rate, with really only two users, the Sun is still running out of
  28. disk space. If we tried to broaden the Sun's use, it seems obvious that
  29. we're going to run out of resources anytime soon...

  31. A brief perusal of SunWorld didn't shed much light -- most stuff seems
  32. geared toward Sun4's and Sparcs these days.

  34. So, if anyone can point me to an FAQ I could ftp, or a source I could
  35. contact, as to looking into upgrade options (hard disc, RAM, etc), I'd
  36. appreciate it!
