- Has anyone seen a problem with the 4.1.2 CD miniroot st driver and Exabyte
- 8200SX's?
-
- In particular:
-
- IPX, 32meg, cgsix, Rom Rev 2.4, "207" internal disk, with a cdrom at SCSI ID
- 6 and an 8200SX at SCSI ID 4. I want to roll in / and /usr from the Exabyte.
-
- probe-scsi says
-
- Target 4
- Unit 0 Removable Tape EXABYTE 8200SX 261A
-
- boot cdrom, and the MUNIX hardware rollcall says
-
- st0: < Vendor 'EXABYTE ', Product '8200SX '>
-
- The same line shows up when the miniroot is booted. Then, from the miniroot,
-
- # mt -f /dev/nrst0 status
-
- st0: Generic Drive, Vendor=<EXABYTE>
- Unknown type- assuming 0.25 inch cartridge
- Fixed record length (1024 byte blocks) I/O
-
- Restoring Exabyte tapes when the system thinks it's really a QIC doesn't
- work very well...
