  21. I've heard Mentor Graphics makes something called IDEA that
  22. does a good job. If you're only having one person work on any project,
  23. PC's are probably okay. Where workstations shine is in big projects
  24. where more than one person will be working on different bits of the
  25. same project. One guy changes the bolt specifications, and drill holes
  26. throughout the airplane change...
