- A professor here wants to have his personal library of various math
- routines installed on the system (670MP) for use by his students. As I
- understand it, all I need from him is the ".a" file.
-
- He has a copy written in C and one in Fortran, and wants to have both
- available on the system. I am wondering if I can just install one of
- them and have it be available to both C and Fortran, or is there
- something special that has to be done to allow this? Is there some
- special way the routines have to be written to allow this?
