  16. Yes, we are. Heterogeneous Sun/HP configuration, Sun NIS master, only Suns
  17. as NIS slaves. Both Sun and HP run NIS, both Sun and HP run amd, 100482-02
  18. is installed on all NIS servers. Suns run a mix of 4.1.2 and 4.1.1.

  34. We had some problems when we started using 100482-02, but it's working
  35. fine now. The problems were only caused by misunderstanding the format
  36. of the /var/yp/securenets file, and we found these by inspecting the
  37. log files (/var/adm/messages) on our loghost.

  39. I don't have any good idea of what might be causing your problems. It
  40. works for us...
