  10. I recently upgraded our Sun 3/50 from V4.0.1 to V4.1.1.  Just about everything
  11. seems to be working once again except that I don't get a 'login:' prompt when
  12. dialing in via the modem attached to ttyd0.  UUCP, however, is working, so I'm
  13. inclined to think that something strange is going on.  I've restored 'ttytab',
  14. 'gettytab', and termcap; I can't find anything else which seems to relate to
  15. modem dial-ins.  Also, in a possibly related development, all modem logins,
  16. including UUCP, used to be displayed on the console.  Now they aren't.

  18. Can anyone shed some light on what else I may need to reconfigure/restore?  I
  19. did rebuild the kernel, I don't know if that has an effect on /dev/ttyd0...
