  13. how does 1 change the "tmp" directory that ex/vci uses?
  14. I have a sun4 system that miraculously started using
  15. "/var/tmp" [which only root has write access to] and
  16. so nobody can use vi/ec now. anyone has a Clue?
  17. [both man/more etc works fine and uses /tmp if that matters]
