  10. Many of my applications, when you bring up a menu, display the menu
  11. UNDERNEATH the main body of the window, so you can only see the tiniest
  12. sliver of the top of the menu (or the bottom).  Is this a problem with 
  13. 4.0.1 or can I fix it?  I've put in a TAC for 4.0.5 but haven't seen it
  14. yet.
