  12.         I used a HP scanner to scan some pictures thru the Macintosh. The
  13. software I used is DeskScan II. Since that software does not have GIF format
  14. so I saved those pictures as TIFF format. I got the GIFconverter
  15. for Mac and I did successfully convert those TIFF files to GIF files. But,
  16. when I tried to convert those GIF files into RGB files so that I may be
  17. able to see those RGB files in SGI Iris Workstation, the program
  18. fromgif can't do that and it said the GIF version number is unknown.
  19.         Does anyone has another software like fromgif that can convert GIF
  20. files into RGB files? Or, does anyone know how to fix the bug I have?
