- /etc/init uses it for single user tty modes. It is in 'stty -g'
- format. 4.0 uses the longer format. You can set it up as whatever
- you want by putting your terminal in your favorite modes for shell
- use, then doing 'stty -g > /etc/ioctl.syscon'
