  19. 425A and 252T are the only firmware revs SGI has shipped.

  22. I just installed a replacement Exabyte sent by SGI which gives the following
  23. status information:

  25.     Controller: SCSI
  26.     Device: EXABYTE: EXB-8200        2647    
  27.     Status: 0x262
  28.     Media : READY, writable, at BOT
  29.  
  30. I only replaced the Exabyte system from an otherwise functioning backup
  31. environment and now the Exabyte produces a new error
  32.  
  33.     failed I/O error: guest@bflsgu:/dev/nrexa feom 1
  34.  
  35. although this command presented no problems before.
