  13. Sorry for the vagueness.

  15. We have 2 exabytes (bought 2 years apart from Digidyne) connected to
  16. Personal Iris 4D/25, and had problems at every power-up reboot. Some
  17. timeout message would be displayed.

  19. Someone from SGI (I don't have the name) suggested changing the nvram
  20. variable bootmode from 'c' to 'C' .  It works.  I vaguely remember this
  21. changes the nature of SCSI device tests.

  23. To change:  'nvram bootmode C', or in boot monitor 'setenv bootmode C'.
