- Anyone got any recomendations on the MULTIPOINT Z 3-D mouse - either
- pro or con?
-
- We're considering using it in a Silicon Graphics/Unix/XWindows
- environment. It would be used as an input device for XWindows
- applications that we intend to write. MULTIPOINT advises us that
- the interface to XWindows was done as an X input extension.
-
- How well does the mouse perform? Is it intuitive? Smooth? Do you
- like it? Is it a good value for its price?
-
- How steep is the learning curve in writing applications that use
- the mouse? Will upgrades to XWindows make it obsolete?
-
- Any comments are welcome.
