- I have a Personal Iris and about a couple of months ago we upgraded
- the Op. System. Before the Upgrade the compilation was *slow* and
- after the upgrade it has gotten *even slower*.
-
- Is there anything I can do about it like setting flags while using cc,
- or using a different compiler ?? Or is just a case that linking the
- X11 library and using graphics takes so much time and nothing can be
- done about it since there is graphics in the code and hence the
- executables produced are much longer?? Sorry I don't know enough
- about compilers to figure it out myself.
-
- Any suggestions will be welcome.
-
- Thanks
