  13. I am in the process of setting up quotas for users on IRIX 4.0.2, but
  14. the following error occurs when edquota is invoked:

  16. quotas: Package not installed

  18. The quota has been turned on using chkconfig and the 'quotas' file is
  19. created on the root directory of the filesystem.  Any help
  20. appreciated.
