- You can also write a simple cron script (or I can provide you one
- someone posted to the net a few months ago) which checks the printq
- every so often (you input this in the cron file) and turns off
- the printer is nothing is being printed. The NeXT best thing is to
- get the little "sleep printer" application off the archives and put it
- in your dock. Just seeing it there serves as a reminder to me to turn
- the printer off.
