- This is an annoying bug, I hope it's been fixed in 3.0.
-
- Also, has anyone else had problems changing the mode on their tty?
- Sometimes when I'm on the console and I open up multiple terminal
- windows, the one that goes with ttyp2 sometimes balks at the "mesg n"
- in my login script, complaining that I don't own the tty so I can't
- change it's mode.
-
- I've had this happen under different terminals so I don't think the
- terminal program I'm using is at fault.
-
- It's very weird in that it doesn't happen all the time, or with any
- pattern that I've noticed. I thought that if the tty worked once, it
- would work all the time, for anyone as it should.
