- I looking for someone to help me hook up my NeXT and PC with a
- ethernet connection. I have a Western Digital 16bit ethernet card,
- a 20ft cable, and all the NCSA Telnet stuff (as well as the SOSS software),
- but try as I might I can't get the two to find each other. I don't
- actually get any errors, I just can't figure out how to set them up so that
- the PC's Telnet can find my NeXT. Setting up the NeXT also seems to be
- a problem because almost all of the documentation is about setting up
- NetInfo, and about connecting up to a existing network. Unfortunitly, I
- don't have a existing network to connect to, just two lonely boxes.
-
- What I'm looking for is someone to come over to my basement and help me
- set them up. If you're willing but would like some reimbursment, that's
- fine.

- [a serial connection is way too slow, I need to transfer several 1-5MB files
- back and forth each day]
