- We've been developing an application that does exactly what you
- want. It's called SCSI Reassign Blocks and it does SCSI level bad block
- reassignment. It only works on drives that have allocated spare blocks
- during the initialization process.
- Unfortunately, we were burned very badly by our beta testers who
- did not return any evaluations on our software so we have decided to not
- continue further beta testing.
- Hopefully the product should be out by the end of the year, if
- that's any consolence...
