  29. I find this posting interesting because I was told be someone at
  30. WordPerfect Corporation just yesterday that WP planned to upgrad all the
  31. other platforms running WP first and then get to the NeXT, even though the
  32. NeXT is the great computer that it is!  I was pretty outraged at the time.
  33. WP for the NeXT does not do tables.  How pathetic!  It is a reproduction of
  34. WP for DOS 5.0, taking no advantage of the great potential in the NeXT.

  36. Anyone know how to get a table feature working with WP for the NeXT?  I
  37. hope you are right, but I have seen neXT users put behind the back burner
  38. before.  Perhaps the media has helped do us in--after all, they, the Media,
  39. support DOS and the Mac, etc, while the NeXT and mostly other Unix
  40. platforms also are given short shrift and little good is said about Unix!

  42. Well, sorry to complain so much.  I hope Gordon is right, that Wp for the
  43. NeXT is given an upgrade SOON and that it is an upgrade that takes maximum
  44. advantage of the abilities present on the NeXT.
