- Hi! I'm looking at getting a NeXT fairly (very) soon, and will soon be in
- need of a good, solid word processing program. I've used WordPerfect on
- the PC, and I've been quite pleased with it, but I've heard some negative
- things about thier NeXT version. So, I'm seeking input on word processing
- programs. The ones I currently know of are Write by Appsoft, WordPerfect
- by WordPerfect, FrameMaker (by Frame?), and PasteUp by RightBrain.
-
- What I'm searching for is both good and bad points for the programs noted
- above, plus any others I may have missed. What does the program do well?
- What does it do really badly? Will WordPerfect be supporting NeXT in the
- future (I've heard that they're developing on NeXTs, but that doesn't mean
- they're going to want to release if the market's too small). Please e-mail
- to me, and I'll summarize to the net.

- My views have nothing to do with Oracle's views. If you think they do, then
- I know a really cheap bridge in Brooklyn that I could sell you...
