  15. One netter suggested I contact Joe Xavier at AppSoft.  Before I had
  16. time, however, Peter Seymour (hope I got the spelling right) from
  17. AppSoft phoned me at my home in order to find out how AppSoft could
  18. help.  I was quite pleasantly surprised.  Looks like I'll be getting
  19. an update that may correct the problem, and will also send them my
  20. document so they can pick apart its guts.  :~)

  22. As I bought my copy of Draw on the half-price offer put out by
  23. MediaLogic for TopDraw, before it became AppSoft Draw, and as I
  24. hadn't bought the Draw support package, I was pleased to receive
  25. this level of support from AppSoft.  (In fact, Peter mentioned that
  26. they have changed their support policy, so it is now not a charged-for
  27. item, nor are non-major upgrades.)  Thanks, guys.
