  15. I need the putenv() and getenv() calls, and these have been removed with  
  16. NeXTSTEP 3.0.  Supposedly, the source to these have been placed in libcs at  
  17. cs.cmu.edu. However, that doesn't seem to be case.  Does anyone know where I  
  18. can find the source to this?
