- I see no problem in NeXT surviving for the next 2-3 years. Beyond that, I see
- no reason for their failure, but I don't have the needed crystal ball to
- predict the market. In any event, there will be enough population at that
- point to provide inertial for a few more years, i.e. to the point that anything
- you buy today will be compared to a door stop by then.

- And, as I always promote, buy a computer for what it will do for you today.
- Computers are NOT an investment item for the future. No matter WHAT you buy
- today, there will be something better next year, or sooner. As the owner of
- various deadend systems, i.e. some S-100 systems, a Computer Automation Naked
- Mini 4/10, an Osborne 01, a MAC IIfx, and a NeXTdimension, I know what I'm
- talking about here!
