  14. I've finally started using my Diagram package.  While it seems
  15. pretty good for many types of diagrams (and has fancy-looking examples),
  16. I haven't been able to do something that I really need and is normally
  17. very simple to do, even in drawing packages much simpler than a diagramming
  18. package:

  20.  1. Basically, I want to have rectangles (boxes) whose text label is
  21.     horizontally and vertically centered in them.  So far, it seems to me
  22.     that Diagram's boxes have horizontally centered labels, but not
  23.     vertically (they seem to start near the top of the box).  Thus, if
  24.     I have vertically long box with the label "Box", it looks something like

  49.   2. Similar problems with the text (objects?) as well.  They don't seem
  50.      to have a good notion of "natural" size.  I have to manually resize
  51.      them to the smallest box.  This is again a pain when I need to
  52.      vertically center a text with some other object.
