  24. I asked Gary Perlman if would be OK to post the executables
  25. and doc files to |STAT and he said OK.  So these are now on
  26. sonata.cc.purdue.edu in statPerlman.tar.Z.  This file
  27. also contains the information about the (very small) changes  
  28. needed to compile the source on the NeXT.
