  13. What I do: Scan the form with high contrast, line-art at 400dpi.  Save
  14. the image (no compression).  Fire up Appsoft Draw, and use the box tool
  15. to outline the size of the form.  Click "none" from the outline box, so
  16. that the outline goes away.  Make sure the box is selected and use
  17. File->Import->Scale to fit in selected object.  The for is now on your
  18. screen.  Magnify the form by %200 and use the Test tool to fill in the
  19. various parts.
