- I am running ver 2.0 of the OS. I have invoked the make_services
- command from a shell. Only some of the programs which offer themselves
-
- as a service show up in the services menu. Most notable missing are
-
- the mailhelper and related services. I have mailhelper located in
-
- /LocalApps/Communications. This app is in a directory which contains
-
- various apps that do show up in the services menu. I tried deleting
-
- .applist and .cache from /dleon/.NeXT/services and then invoking
-
- make_services, only to have the same handful of apps show up. I later tried
- dwrite Workspace ApplicationPaths "~/Apps:/LocalApps/Communications:/LocalApps/G
-
- raphics:/LocalApps/Misc:/LocalApps/Utilities:/LocalApps/WordProcs:/NextApps:/dle
-
- on/Apps"
-
- and then make_services. Again, only a few select services showed up. If
- anyone can figure this one out, please let me know.
