- Yes. Its called Adobe Illustrator. (Some other programs can to do it as well,
- but Illustrator is the only one I know of for the NeXT.) The conversion you
- want is non-trivial, and is best used in a interactive editing type enviroment,
- where you can "fix up" the computers best guesses at edge detection.
