- Just imagine, you could leave off your HD:
-
- Almost all of NeXTLibrary, that includes a lot of
- documentations or 71.5 MB
- All of NeXTDeveloper/Demos & Examples (w/ Examples
- being SQUASHED) = 14.8 MB
- NeXTAdmin = 1.12 MB
- If you got precompiled headers (is this going to be
- available?) /usr/include = 3.05 MB
- /usr/template = 1.67 MB
-
- Added up this equals a huge 92.14 MB or enough disk
- space to give you space for a huge Ma Swap file!
-
- No, really, much of the seldomly used stuff can be
- placed there, (I hope that one is able to have
- index files for the documentation, even if the
- actual files reside on CD).
-
- In all the performance of the CD reader will dictate
- how much stuff one will be willing to leave on the
- "slower" media. - Gosh! I don't think I need that
- Gigabyte drive anymore. Time to shop for 120MB magneto
- optical thingies.........................
