  23. You have to insert the floppy and the CD-ROM, then "bfd" at the ROM  
  24. monitor prompt. It boots mach from the floppy, and then continues from the  
  25. CD-ROM. You can then do a BuildDisk, either with or without initializing  
  26. the disk first.
