  25. However, look at it from the other side:  If you had a  
  26. DOS/Windows system, you could have bought whatever you  
  27. wanted right off the shelf and then waited forever for a  
  28. system upgrade (how long between Windows 3.0 and 3.1,  
  29. compared to how long between NS 2.0 and 3.0?).
  30. And then, of course, you'd have received Windows 3.1  
  31. instead of NS3.0 :-(
