- This might not be a problem with NeXT. It might be a problem with your
- retailer. We ordered out CD-Rom and received it within a week. That was at
- the end of May. We had two monitors fail that were under NeXT's warrenty.
- They shipped two replacement one in _two_ days. We may be an exception, but I
- seriously doubt it. Most other people I have talked with have noted that they
- have received there orders in a timely fashion.

- Pressure your retailer. Contact the NeXT sales rep in your area (your
- retailer can provide you with the number) and explain the situation.
