  12. Last night I tried to boot my cube from the OD. The first few times I tried,  
  13. the machine would apparently give up trying to read. Instead of the "healthy"  
  14. chugging noises, all I heard was a feeble clicking which may have come from the  
  15. swap drive. No errors were reported, the boot process just stopped.

  17. Eventually, it booted right. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it related  
  18. to humidity? (condensation on the head?) Is my optical going terminal?
