  14. Here at the Univ. of Arizona, I ordered my next cd-rom in mid to late June
  15. and it came on about August 1st.  The next guy here even said "Since 3.0 is
  16. not scheduled until perhaps the end of August, why don't I wait to charge
  17. you for it till then.  I'll just hold on to it for you".
