- URGENT PLEASE!!!!!!!
-
- If any one has any information on the malfuntion of:
-
- Hitachi chip: 6063 date code 0a2q and 9b38
-
-
- Apparently a batch produced in malyasia from about 1990 Jan 12-18
- (batch size about 100,000?) have an abnormality in the optical dye.
-
- In most cases the chps are fine, except in some situations when there
- are malfunctions (duhh!!) after hibernation. However, if the chips are
- asked to rehibernate, and then taken out, the chips works fine. In
- standard testing the chips perform properly as well. Any assistance or
- information that you might be able to offer is greatly appreciated.
-
- Please mail any information to honjo1@husc.harvard.edu.
