- I'm building some code on a mips-based OSF/1 system (don't ask, it's
- too embarrasing to explain :-). I've run into a problem that I
- suspect is based on the fact that the start of text and the start of
- data are at a different place in OSF than in the BSD-like operating
- system provided by the vendor of our hardware. (Yeesh, did I make that
- vague enough for the lawyers?)
-
- Any hints/pointers/clues on where I can find out where the start of
- text and the start of data really are? Any mips/osf gurus out there
- who'd like to share email?
-
- thanks...
