  14. I've finally got a nice, big 'ol Mac: 400 meg drive, and 20 megs of
  15. memory. This has allowed me to install a whole bunch of fonts in my
  16. System (mainly bitmaps).

  18. The problem is that this is slowing several of my applications down
  19. noticeably. Hypercard in particular takes a long time to open the
  20. script editor, switch between editing modes, etc...
  21.  
  22. Since I've got RAM and disk space to spare, is there anything I can do
  23. to allocate more space to the Font Manager somehow to speed things up?
  24. Are there tools or utilities that will deal with this?
