  13.  I've got a SW with a refilled cartridge (I use Sheaffer Skrip Jet Black with
  14.  about 10% of isoprophyl alcohol). Since I use the refilled cartridge, the
  15.  print quality seems to degrade from top to bottom of the page. I've tried
  16.  printing 50 times the same line and I could clearly see that the top lines look
  17.  much better than the bottom ones. The top of the page is "laser quality", but
  18.  at the bottom, letters are unclear, sometimes with little spots on their edges.
  19.  I've never experienced this before refilling the cartridge.
