  13. Sorry if this is in the manual, but my client lost it.

  15. Trying to get a Personal Laserwriter LS to work with a Plus. I know the
  16. printer works, tested it on a IIci running 7.0.1. I know the Plus can
  17. print, tested it with an Imagewriter. But they won't work together. I get
  18. the message, "No Personal Laserwriter LS is available" immediately after
  19. issuing a print command. Swapped serial cables and tried both ports (with
  20. appletalk off).

  22. Currently the Plus has 6.0.8. I've been using version 7.0 of the Personal
  23. Laserwriter LS driver because it's the only one I've found anywhere. Does
  24. this work with 6.0.8 or is there a driver I don't know about? Moving to
  25. system 7 on this machine is out of the question.

  27. If not, is there a problem with this combination? I know the printer pulls
  28. a very high data tranfer rate over a serial connection. Can a Plus handle
  29. it?
