  12. Well, when I start up my mac IIsi, I get the nice progression of icons
  13. across the bottom of the screen. It lookes wonderful, until it reaches the
  14. right side of the screen. Then it chops the icon there in half. The next
  15. icon proceeds up one row, and then the remaining three drop down to the first
  16. row. Anybody else experiencing this? If I turn off the display of the icons,
  17. I don't have the problem, since there isn't enough to cover the first row. 
  18. I think I can explain the half icon by Gatekeeper. It's two icons are
  19. displayed "locked" together on startup. But I cannot seem to figure out why
  20. the next row drops down again after display.

  22. Incidentally, this seems to be independant of which startup documents (INITs,
  23. CDEVs, Extensions) I use, since adding and subtracting of them does not
  24. change what happens.
