  13. System 6.08 can be net-installed off a System 7 machine.  Here's how:
  14. 1) Copy the Install DISKS to your HD, each in seperate folders
  15. 2) Share each folder
  16. 3) On the machine to be installed on, have a network-ready floppy which
  17. automounts your computer.  Then run the installer.

  19. I think the Installer simply expects to find volumes with name xxxx.  If
  20. they are shared items under System 7, then they appear as volumes under
  21. System 6
