  17. Assuming you've got Inside Mac, either the Memory Intro chapter
  18. in vol. 1 or the Memory Manager in vol. 2 give a list of places
  19. where you should lock handles. This is actually for Lisa Pascal
  20. -- but I assume it still applies?
