  13. I am trying to launch the application Excel 4.0 and open an Exel document
  14. from a 'C' program (either MPW or Think C) using System 7 on the Macintosh.

  16. I am able to launch Excel via sending the apple event 'oapp', however have
  17. been unsuccessful opening a document sending the 'odoc' apple event to 
  18. Excel.

  20. I attempted to use the LaunchApplication system call and also apple event
  21. system calls with no success.

  23. Can anyone offer any help/suggestions/code that would help me figure 
  24. out how to do this?
