- I, too have ben looking for this cure for about a year now. I would like
- to just have _all_ applications show _white_ text on a _black_ background,
- which is more natural for a blackscreen moniter.
-
- I came to the conclusion that it is (practiaclly) impossible -- you can change
- the backgournd to black (as I remember), but couldn't get text to show
- up white on it. I decided somewhere the graphic operations must
- be hardwired for the colors. BTW, I imagine this whole problem
- disappears on color systems, and that white text/black bkgrnd IS poss.
- . Can anyone concur/disprove?
-
- BTW, CloseView has an inverse op[tion, but I couldn't get it to use it without
- a floating rectangle of where you ijndended to later magnify.
-
- If anyone knows a way of showing white text on black background on
- BW mac, pls inform, my eyes will thank you (as will my I's).
