  13. I'm working on a small utility to reformat a flat file database into
  14. something we can work with in Excel or Filemaker. I was originally
  15. going to convert to tab delimited text, but I think there may be
  16. advantages to using SYLK format (especially for Filemaker).  Is there
  17. an "official" specification for SYLK format, and how can I get it?
